The People’s Government of Hebei Province will sign a strategic cooperation agreement online with China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd., China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd., China Telecom Group Co., Ltd. and China Tower Co., Ltd. The cooperation will focus on 5G+, new information infrastructure construction, digital Hebei construction, intelligent transformation of people's livelihood services, data resource system construction, digital village, scientific and technological research and innovation, Xiong'an New Area construction and other fields.

At the same time, the chairmen of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom will also comprehensively explain the development context of the digital economy at the theme summit from different perspectives, such as cloud network integration, digital technology and real economy integration, digital technology integration and innovation driven economic and social intelligence.

Landing in Hebei, 17 key digital technology projects will be signed online

Smart factory and R&D center project cooperation agreement, high-end electronic ceramic materials industrial park project cooperation agreement, 5G+smart steel cooperation agreement, 5G+smart forest grass cooperation agreement, Tiktok life health industry digital management platform cooperation agreement, smart power operation and maintenance cloud platform production and R&D base cooperation agreement, rural revitalization digital agriculture industrial park cooperation agreement...... At the opening ceremony, Hebei province will have 17 key projects to sign online, covering manufacturing, agriculture and forestry, logistics, steel and other fields and industries.

Among them, the 5G+Smart Steel Cooperation Agreement will be signed by HBIS Company Limited Co., Ltd. and China Mobile Communication Group Co., Ltd.. Both parties will cooperate to create 5G application innovation studio in order to strengthen the innovation practice of 5G and smart steel, smart mines, smart logistics, smart parks and other application scenarios, and promote the innovation practice of 5G fully connected factories.

Forestry and Grassland Bureau of Hebei Province and China Unicom Hebei Branch will sign the 5G+Smart Forest and Grass Cooperation Agreement, carry out the 5G construction and fire prevention informatization of Saihanba Forest Farm. It is planned to sign a strategic cooperation agreement and establish a joint laboratory to further expand business cooperation.

Hebei Linkong Group Co., Ltd. and Shashidi (Chongqing) Network Technology Co., Ltd. will sign the Shashidi (Langfang Linkong Free Trade Zone) Digital Economy Smart Logistics Park Cooperation Agreement. More than 50 digital economy related enterprises are planned to introduce to settle in and the national "Internet+" freight logistics database will be established.

Industry and education integration cooperation. Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province will sign agreements with 6 subordinate universities

In addition to the 21 key projects, at the opening ceremony, Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province will also sign an online cooperation agreement on integration of industry and education with 6 subordinate universities, including Beijing Institute of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Engineering University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Nanjing University of Science & Technology.
